Diversity & Inclusion Group (DIG) Update

Update: The Spring 2022 Book Club is being rescheduled to Fall 2022. The group book will still be Atomic Habits by James Clear. Stay tuned for dates as our FY22-23 calendars are released later this summer.
Peer Group Update
FEI Members, join us on Wednesday, May 25th from 2:00 - 4:30 PM, for the next Peer Group meeting. The meeting will take place in person at Keller in Kaukauna. The agenda is anything that is important to you including employee benefits, business insurance, IT issues, working from home options, etc

Membership Update
Spring has almost sprung! We’re hoping this means we’ll see more of you in person or virtually at our events planned from March until year-end on June 30th! CIBC Cleary Gull Foundry & Forging Newsletter Q1 2022
The foundry industry is a sub-sector focus for CIBC Cleary Gull’s Investment Banking Team. Our group recently completed its 14th foundry and forging transaction since 2006. CIBC Cleary Gull also has an active foundry assignment scheduled for completion in 2022. We have extensive experience in the industry, including grey and ductile iron, aluminum, steel and stainless steel, and brass and bronze.
Digital Assets & NFTs – New age investment vehicles gaining legitimacy
Investors have many ways to participate in digital assets. A simple approach could be accomplished via a “core, satellite” strategy where 70% of the digital assets portfolio (‘the core”) consists of Bitcoin, Ethereum and interest paying stable coins. The remaining 30% for the “satellites” could include other cryptocurrencies including NFTs.
