Workshop Summary & Learning Objectives
In this collaborative 90-minute session, participants will be introduced to The 6 Types of Working Genius by Patrick Lencioni—a practical and transformative framework that helps individuals and teams understand how they naturally contribute to getting work done. Unlike personality assessments such as Myers-Briggs or DiSC, Working Genius focuses specifically on the stages of work and the unique ways people add value throughout a project or initiative.
During this interactive overview, participants will:
• Explore the six types of Working Genius and gain insight through self-reflection into their own areas of natural talent, competency, and potential frustration.
• Examine the three stages of work and see how each type contributes to moving work forward.
• Learn how the Working Genius reveals strengths, blind spots, and opportunities for collaboration across teams.
This overview is designed to build awareness and spark curiosity—helping participants see how understanding their Working Genius can enhance team communication, increase engagement, and improve overall performance.
Curious to discover your Working Genius? For $25, you can take the assessment using the link below and receive your results immediately. Note individual assessment results will not be disclosed during the workshop. https://www.workinggenius.com/
