Turn Your people Data into Actionable Insights
Presented By:
Summary
Have you ever considered the worth of your people data? Think of it as an appreciating asset that continually creates value for various stakeholders within your organization. So long as it has kept up to date, people data can influence the direction of your business, address workplace challenges and drive needed improvements along the way. Yet, too often, this potential lies dormant within the data itself. To unlock it, you need a reliable people analytics strategy & capability that can turn raw data into insights that inspire change. You may be able to improve processes, avoid errors and proactively mitigate risk as a result.
Whether you have already established a people analytics capability or are at the beginning of your journey, this session can help you tap into the potential of your people data. The session will walk you through ADP’s People Analytics Maturity Model (PAMM) and a methodology for transforming your data into actionable insights that will help improve your organizational outcomes.
Learning Objectives
Whether your company is looking to acquire, weighing its options, or preparing to sell, the finance professionals participating in this session will:
- Define people analytics and understand the business case for people analytics for finance executives.
- Review ADP’s People Analytics Maturity Model (PAMM) and examples of analytics that finance should care about at each level of the model.
- Review a methodology and steps for transforming your people data into actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
- Provide examples and leading practices of people analytics from industry.
- Suggest actionable take aways that finance can use to partner with HR and mature their organization’s people analytics initiatives.
